Call for Papers

Welcome to the Agile Testing Days Asia 2020 Call for Papers. The Call for Papers is open until July 14, 2019. As follows you will find all important details to submit your proposal(s). We look forward to receiving your submission(s) for talks (30 minutes) and workshops (120 minutes).

There shall be no financial remuneration. Speakers (and co-speakers) shall be granted each a free entrance ticket to the 2-day conference (March 17 & 18, 2020; tutorials on March 16, 2020 are excluded).

The speakers shall be refunded hotel and travel expenses on presentation of receipts, the amount of which is, however, limited to a lump-sum of S$ 1,300.00 (if the speaker travels within Asia) or S$ 2,100.00 (if the speaker travels from outside of Asia), including economy class trip and hotel.

The maximum of S$ 1,300.00 or S$ 2,100.00 is per speaker. However, please understand that costs are not covered for co-speakers that may get added to a session after it has been chosen for the program.

Hotel costs include accommodation in a single room for 2 nights (from March 16-18, 2020) only.

We do not cover expenses for food, beverages or any other services.

All receipts are to be presented to the organization team subsequent to the conference.

Submit your paper

You will be redirected to our Call for Papers app. If you haven’t yet submitted a paper for our other conferences – Agile Testing Days and/or Agile Testing Days USA – please create a speaker account*. If you have submitted a paper for one of our conferences in 2017 or 2018 then please use your AgileTD or AgileTDUSA credentials to log in.

*Creating a speaker profile is compulsory for submitting your paper for the Agile Testing Days Asia conference. Once you have created the speaker profile, you will be able to submit your proposal, edit your personal information, upload a profile picture (ideal size: 300 x 300 px), and modify aspects of your submission as long as it is in save mode.
